1. Sign in
Go to app.polyterminus.com/signup. Two options:
- Email link — enter your address, we send a one-click sign-in link. No password to remember.
- Google — one-tap OAuth if you're already signed in to a Google account.
There is no KYC on the Polyterminus side. Polymarket enforces KYC on the actual trading account when you link it.
2. Link your Polymarket account
Polyterminus needs one thing to trade on your behalf: a Polymarket signer key. This is a separate key that Polymarket exposes for programmatic access — it can place orders and read positions, but it cannot withdraw funds.
Instructions inside the app walk you through fetching the key from your Polymarket profile settings and pasting it. We encrypt it at rest (AES-256-GCM). See Linking Polymarket for the security model.
3. Pick your workflow
- Lite Cockpit — one-page dashboard: breaking markets, watchlist movers, AI take, hot deals. Best for hobby / low-frequency users.
- Terminal — the full trading workspace with widgets you can arrange.
- Cards — Tinder-style swipe deck of AI-picked opportunities.
- Copy Trading — mirror top wallets.
- Agents — trigger → AI step → action automation.
4. Place your first trade
Open any market. The order pad on the right supports market (FOK) and limit (GTC) orders. Start with $1 — Polymarket's minimum notional is $1, and we ceil-size accordingly so tiny buys still make it past the exchange's floor.
5. Turn on the risk gate
Settings → Trading → Daily loss limit. Default is $500 rolling 24h. This is the total USDC you can commit to new BUY positions in any 24-hour window. Selling and TP/SL exits are never blocked. Raise or lower to match your risk appetite.
