Common questions
Is the Free tier really free forever?▼
Yes. Core trading, watchlists, cockpit and whale-alerts stay free as long as we exist. We rate-limit shared AI to keep the house budget healthy (about 20 requests per user per day); heavy users upgrade to Pro or add token top-ups.
Do you take a cut of my trades?▼
No. Every order signs against your own Polymarket wallet and pays Polymarket's standard fees directly. Polyterminus revenue comes only from subscriptions and API access — never from your P&L.
When do I need to buy token credits?▼
Only if your Pro quota (~200 AI requests/day) is not enough. Most users never touch tokens — 80%+ of our AI traffic routes through a self-hosted free-tier rotator that costs us $0. Tokens exist as an escape valve, not a paywall.
What about that "Founder" plan I saw earlier?▼
Removed. When we get enough inbound demand for dedicated infrastructure and custom SLA we'll add a proper Enterprise tier — until then, the API plan covers every serious integrator.
Can I bring my own AI provider key?▼
Yes, on any plan. Paste an OpenRouter / Anthropic / OpenAI / Gemini key in Account → AI Provider. Your key bypasses our shared budget completely and there is no house cap on top.
